Ingredients
| 500 ml | Almond milk |
| 375 g | Coconut yogurt |
| 150 g | Birchermüsli (Bauckhof) |
| 150 g | Oats |
| 4 | Apples |
| 1 | Banana |
| 1/2 | Lemon |
| 1 cup | Sunflower seeds |
| 4 tbsp | Coconut blossom syrup |
| 1 pinch | Vanilla powder |
| 1 tbsp | Cinnamon |
Preparation
Grate the apples
Wash, core, and roughly chop the apples. Place them in the mixing bowl and pulse briefly (about 3–5 sec / speed 4–5). Transfer the grated apples to a separate bowl and set aside.Mix the liquid base
In the empty mixing bowl, add the banana, almond milk, coconut blossom syrup, lemon zest and juice, vanilla powder, and cinnamon. Mix for 20 sec / speed 4.Incorporate the dry ingredients
Add the Birchermüsli, oats, and sunflower seeds. Then fold in the prepared grated apples and mix 30 sec / reverse / speed 2.Fold in the coconut yogurt
Add the coconut yogurt and mix another 20–30 sec / reverse / speed 2 until a smooth, uniform mixture forms.Let it rest
For best results, chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes—overnight is ideal.
